Matters arising
Mt Welcome –
Pat offered to contact Barbara Edmonds about attending a meeting with the RA and other interested parties. Supporting Pat on that.
We have emailed Classic Developments to say we responded to them and expressed our concerns, and could give their acknowledgment and written response to our concerns.
Pukerua Bay Sign –
Response from Megan – The sign is not a PCC asset, and it is on NZTA land. Will help identify potential funders, as this seems how it was funded originally.
Paul has responded noting that PCC have done planting and work on the sign.
Paul will write to the Police for the name of the person that hit it for insurance details.
