Moved Robyn, Second Kate that John and the Residents' Association let bygones be bygones and we appreciate John's contribution to the skate park, and John acknowledges the role of the Residents' Association and we agree to work constructively together in the future. Agreed. - Rural Landscaping: It was suggested that rural residents were no longer able to make money off the land creating pressure on land use changes including near Pukerua Bay.
- Wind farm submission by Robyn was well received. More work needed on defining a buffer zone.
